Once the preorder window closes all orders will be sent off to be printed. Once they’re sent to the printer it takes roughly 3-4 weeks to turn around depending on the workload of the printer/size of the order. When the items are finished printing, your shipping label will be printed, your order will be packed, and your item(s) will be dropped off at the post office. Due to this entire process, it can take up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship out from the time it’s placed.

All sales are final! Please make sure to double check your sizing when placing an order. Once an order has been shipped no returns or sizing exchanges will be accepted (barring a mistake made on our part).

The safest bet is sending an email through the contact form on the website. I do my absolute best to respond back to all DMs but occasionally some slip through the cracks.
